From our first step onto the property until now, our second month here, the staff have been helpful, kind, and responsive to all our questions and needs. The apartments are clean and quiet and centrally located to Destin, Panama City, and 30a. We especially love being close to Grayton Beach and Seaside. Would absolutely recommend the Sanctuary to anyone looking for an apartment in the 30a community.

I absolutely loved my year and a half at The Sanctuary! It was the perfect location for my pup and me; We had a beautiful, 3rd-floor balcony view facing the woods that did not disappoint. The community is super dog friendly, right next to Point Washington State Park and the beautiful 30A. The staff at the Sanctuary was always extremely friendly and helpful! My husband and I moved into a 2 bedroom with Solarium, and we wake up happier and happier with the unit every day. If you have a dog, it is very pet friendly with several trails, dog waste stations, as well as a fenced dog run on-site. The actual apartment is tastefully designed to suit almost anyone's personal style. Modern appliances, spacious closets. Lastly, I would like to mention the professionalism of the leasing office.
